The cv.GO in real operation

The principle

Parcels are manually placed on the system, scanned, aligned by a cv.GO and then routed to the correct outbound station via four cv.GOs. This automation ensures reliable and fast allocation of parcels to the respective routes. Thanks to the robust and maintenance-friendly celluveyor cells, the system can handle a wide range of products efficiently.

The new sorting system comprises nine output stations to which the parcels are assigned after a manual task and subsequent automated sorting. At the heart of the system are four cv.GOs, which ensure that the parcels are forwarded quickly and accurately.

How it works

Manual task: Parcels are manually placed on the sorting system.
Scanning and sorting: Each parcel is scanned and routed to the appropriate outbound station via the cv.GOs.
Alignment: One cv.GO ensures the correct alignment to the side before the sorting process so that the diverting process is reliable.
Automatic assignment: The cv.GOs ensure precise and efficient assignment of parcels to the correct routes.

VCON has seamlessly integrated cellumation’s advanced celluveyor technology into Paack’s existing processes, resulting in a remarkable increase in efficiency and reliability compared to manual solutions.

The cv.GO is characterized by its simple integration: It can be inserted into the system in 60 to 90 minutes. Programming is carried out individually on the basis of the software supplied. For example, you can choose from the Speedset-Library supplied or set the parameters individually. For this reason, a cv.GO can be adapted to the respective application on site.

At the same time, the celluveyor offers the robustness required for a high product variety in order to sort efficiently in the long term. The integration by VCON ensures consistent performance of the system, which makes the sorting process reliable and efficient.
