Ceratec again chooses cellumation for highly efficient palletizing solution

The Belgian family business Ceratec has once again opted for an intelligent and highly efficient solution from cellumation. This is the second time Ceratec has selected the proven technology from the Bremen-based technology manufacturer. 

Since the middle of last year (2023), a cv.DEPAL from cellumation has been separating and orienting the pallet layers in the entrance to a high-bay rack at a Ceratec customer in Belgium. As a key component of a newly built logistics warehouse for a beverage wholesaler, the cv.DEPAL has proven to be reliable and error-free. 

Due to its impressive performance, compact size and simple integration, Ceratec has once again opted for a solution from cellumation. Within just six months, a cv.PAL will form different layer patterns at a Ceratec customer with high precision and high performance. 

The cv.PAL is the latest product in the cellumation family and is characterized by its high performance. It orients each object precisely and transfers it to the downstream compacting unit. The cv.PAL is suitable for high throughputs and different layer patterns for different product classes. The layer pattern can be changed easily and at any time thanks to the software control.   Its small size and few mechanical process steps represent a real competitive advantage.
