In many material flows, there is a requirement to turn objects with a high throughput rate in a very confined space or to change their conveying direction. Conventional conveyor technology reaches its limits, especially with large objects. This process often causes delays because conventional turning mechanisms interrupt the material flow or because space is needed for elaborate turning stations.

The cv.GO as a rotation unit or turning station revolutionizes this process: With its omnidirectional wheels, it enables the turning and realignment of conveyed goods by 90 or up to 180 degrees.

Even large and bulky objects

Even large, heavy or bulky objects can be effortlessly and precisely turned in the desired direction. Thanks to its modular design, the size of the celluveyor system can be individually adapted to the requirements and dimensions of the goods to be transported.

Optimization for peak values

With the cv.GO as a rotation unit, peak values of 1,640 object rotations per hour (object size 300 mm x 200 mm) or 1,036 rotations (600 mm x 400 mm object size) are achieved – an impressive increase in efficiency that outshines conventional turning stations.
