Get to know the cv.SINGULATE! We have competed with our product innovation for the award: Best Product Logimat, in the category “Order picking, Conveying, Lifting, Storage technology”.

With the cv.SINGULATE we present the most compact, low-maintenance and powerful singulation system in its class. With the start-of-line solution, the manual singulation of package streams can be efficiently automated on a very small footprint. The cv.SINGULATE requires 80 percent less space than comparable systems, while enabling users to double their productivity at the receiving end.

The system turns an incoming mass flow into a continuous outgoing flow of individual objects moving one behind the other at minimum distances to be individually defined. These are ideally aligned and oriented. To achieve this, the automated singulator uses modular celluveyor technology in combination with an intelligent vision system.

The central hardware component of the celluveyor is our robot cell. A cell exchange in less than 5 minutes sounds utopian, but the simple installation could already convince the mayor of Bremen. At the cell exchange station, you have the opportunity to prove your skills. Beat the Team – Beat our daily best time for a cell exchange and become the “Master of cell exchange”. Only the best will receive one of our exclusive champion t-shirts.
