Our company was born in 2017 from an idea in the middle of a robot soccer match. Since then, we have grown, constantly changed and developed.

The hiring process
1. Send your application
Position found? Does the requirement correspond to your own set of skills? Then fill our online application. Leave out the standard cover letter and instead tell us in your own words who you are, what your projects are and why you are the right person to help us change the world of material flow!
You are a good fit for cellumation, but the right position is not available at the moment? Then apply on your own initiative and specify how you would enrich cellumation. We will continue to grow and consider you for future opportunities.
2. Screening
Our recruiting team will review your documents and notify you if everything is in order. If we think you might be a good fit, we will invite you to an initial digital interview.
3. Digital initial interview
You will speak with a member of the recruiting team and your potential supervisor or a colleague. The aim is to get to know each other: We are interested in learning about your experiences and your motivation to work at cellumation. At the same time, you have the opportunity to ask questions. When we feel that we are a good match. Then we will keep you updated on the next steps. And if it doesn’t fit, we will also get in touch with you as soon as possible.
4. In some situations: Case Study
If the position you’ve applied for requires specific skills, you may be allowed to complete a small case study demonstrating your ability to handle situations from cellumation’s day-to-day operations.
5. The first face-to-face meeting
This is the opportunity to personally introduce yourself while also getting a first impression on site. You will get to know the team and gain an insight into our corporate culture.
